Scheduling and access

You agree to provide a safe work area, access to water and electricity if previously agreed, and accurate vehicle information. You are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle before service. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if the vehicle or site presents unreasonable risk.

Pricing and payment

Quotes are based on information you provide and may be adjusted if the vehicle’s condition differs materially. Payment terms will be communicated at booking (for example, due at completion or deposit for large jobs). Late or failed payments may incur fees permitted by law.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We may publish or communicate cancellation windows. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We may reschedule due to weather or equipment issues and will work with you on the next available time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Bear Detail LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. Pre-existing condition

Auto detailing does not repair structural damage, deep paint failure, or manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket films, or sensitive surfaces that fail when cleaned according to standard industry practice.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example, attempting unauthorized access, scraping in violation of our rights, or transmitting malware). We may suspend access for violations.
